Motivation
There are plenty of sunscreens but most of them contain ingredients which potentially can be related to cancer, disrupt hormone system or cause other harm.

Notes
- Probably unexpectedly, one should use around 6-7 teaspoons of lotion (i.e. 35g) per person when sunbathing to get the declared SPF.
- It is also vital to use some after sun gel to repair the damaged skin with antioxidants etc.
